Senior Director, Operations, APAC

About the role

Cook Medical is seeking a senior executive to drive operational excellence across the Asia‑Pacific region. The Senior Director, Operations, APAC will lead the eight General Managers, ensure consistent high‑quality operations, and partner with commercial leaders to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop eight APAC General Managers, providing coaching, performance oversight and career planning.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve consistent operational standards across all APAC markets, covering facilities management, regulatory engagement, employment law compliance and company culture.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues that span functions, divisions or require cross‑market coordination.
• Partner with the VP, EMEA to apply global and regional operational best practices and ensure governance.
• Act as the connective thread between global functional departments and regional markets, driving alignment, coordinating resources and preserving local expertise.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in complex, multicultural environments.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and supporting commercial success.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop senior market leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative partnership skills.
