Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its Singapore buildings business. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver innovative, energy‑efficient infrastructure projects for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project phases from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning and handover across a variety of building projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• Participate in tender preparation and client negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
• Engage directly with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes and support business development.
• Provide expert consultancy based on deep knowledge of Aurecon’s services and explore opportunities in other geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6‑12 years of professional experience in building services engineering.
• Strong background in building electrical design, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Interest in innovative, energy‑efficient and sustainable projects.
• Proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven business development and account management experience.
