Senior End User Technology Engineer

About the role

A leading energy infrastructure provider is looking for a Senior End User Technology Engineer to enhance its digital workplace environment in Singapore. The role sits within the infrastructure team and focuses on endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise user technologies with an emphasis on security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android using Intune, SCCM and Group Policy.
• Manage virtual desktop environments and oversee software deployment and patching strategies.
• Strengthen endpoint security controls in line with internal standards.
• Act as L2 escalation point for L1 support, perform root‑cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve digital workplace capabilities.
• Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and enterprise messaging systems.
• Document systems, processes and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and technical support.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft technologies including Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory and endpoint security solutions.
• Structured problem‑solver with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies and industry trends.
