Senior Executive, Allied Health Office

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive to support the Allied Health Office. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support workforce initiatives and facilitate training and development programmes across allied health departments. You will provide frontline and backend support to supervisors, clinicians, educators and other allied health staff, helping deliver seamless services and advance the Office's strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Allied Health, Health Sciences or Business Administration/Management; degree holders with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in healthcare administration, training support, HR coordination or general office administration is an advantage.
• Experience in event coordination, data management or stakeholder support is also an advantage.
• Proof of MMR vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity, and Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years, as required for healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
• Candidates without the required vaccinations may apply if they commit to completing them before starting work, after a successful job offer.
