Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Education Technology & Analytics

About the role

NHG Health's Education Technology & Analytics (ETA) team is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager. The role supports the development and maintenance of AI-enabled applications, project management and operations, and provides business analysis to drive innovation in clinical education.

Key responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and implement application enhancements, bug fixes and new features using existing frameworks and technologies
• Plan and execute testing, validate new features and maintain up-to-date technical documentation before release
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot defects, escalate complex issues and support routine maintenance and deployment
• Coordinate project tasks and keep stakeholders informed of progress
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities and new technologies to improve efficiency
• Support day-to-day administrative and IT operations
• Take part in intra- and inter-departmental projects aligned with the institution's goals

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome
• Hands-on experience with Python programming and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of software development fundamentals such as testing, debugging and version control
• Familiarity with databases and data management concepts
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, initiative, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to change
