Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Fundraising & Events

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to plan and execute fundraising and philanthropy initiatives that support healthcare causes and drive donor engagement. You will work closely with donors, corporate partners, community supporters and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage donor pipelines and lead fundraising campaigns and events
• Develop proposals and donor communications
• Ensure all fundraising activities follow governance requirements, policies and procedures

Required profile

• Degree with at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, marketing communications or event management
• Proven ability in lead generation, donor engagement and relationship management
• Strong event and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical capabilities
• Proactive, meticulous and target-driven, delivering results within tight timelines
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva, CRM systems and digital payment platforms is advantageous
