Senior / Executive / Assistant Manager, Service and Operations (Clinic)

About the role

NUHS is recruiting a Senior / Executive / Assistant Manager, Service and Operations (Clinic) to join its Polyclinic Management Team. Working closely with the Clinic Manager and multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will help plan, coordinate and run the daily operations of the polyclinic, optimise manpower and resources and deliver cost-effective, efficient service. The role also offers involvement in national healthcare initiatives such as Healthier SG, Age Well SG and Social Prescribing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, coordination and implementation of clinic operations and activities
• Oversee administrative functions including manpower scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control and facilities management
• Partner with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and service teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, service standards and operational efficiency
• Support the development and implementation of new policies, initiatives and improvement projects
• Take part in service excellence and quality improvement efforts

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline
• No prior healthcare experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week; hybrid work is not available for this role
• Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
