About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for its Strategic Management Office. You will help implement the Hospital's corporate strategy and support its overall performance management so that strategic objectives and deliverables are achieved.

Key responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis of corporate and operational data to support evidence-based performance management and continual improvement
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
Support the Hospital's knowledge management functions
Provide secretariat and administrative support to the department

Required profile

Degree in any discipline; experience in budgeting and workplans in the healthcare industry is preferred
Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyse and interpret quantitative data
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated team player able to work in a dynamic environment

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
