Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Student Development

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Student Development supports the department in student club management, systems administration, facilities management and student club finance administration. The role works closely with students, staff, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery, while supporting departmental projects, events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Club management and student development: manage assigned CCA clubs and guide student leaders on club administration, programmes, leadership development and succession planning, and resolve club issues with stakeholders.
• Facilities management: manage sports facility bookings, utilisation, maintenance coordination and operational readiness, and oversee outsourced administrative and facilities support services, including procurement, vendor coordination and related documentation.
• Student systems administration: administer student development systems (user access, enquiries, reporting, operations) and coordinate system enhancements, testing and improvements.
• Student club finance administration: administer claims, reimbursements and advances in line with financial policies and approved budgets, resolve financial issues with Finance and streamline finance processes.

Required profile

• Recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations or a related area, with experience handling stakeholders and operational matters.
• Experience in facilities management, procurement, vendor management and/or systems administration is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and operational processes.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of issues and manage multiple priorities; passionate about student development and working with youths.
