Senior Executive – Business Operations Management

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will lead institutional reporting and data management for Continuing Education and Training (CET). You will coordinate data across multiple CET units, produce reports for university leadership, the Board of Trustees, the Ministry of Education and SkillsFuture Singapore, and drive analytical insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate CET data from various units and systems for regular, accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Analyse performance indicators and learner data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and automate reporting workflows.
• Review the current data landscape, map processes, and recommend improvements for data collection, integration and monitoring.
• Engage with internal teams (CET units, finance, alumni relations) and external partners (SSG) to ensure data alignment and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in administrative reporting, data management or institutional planning, preferably in higher education.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
