Senior Executive, Commercial

About the role

As a Senior Executive, Commercial you will lead commercial analysis for large‑scale infrastructure projects, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights that drive informed decision‑making, risk management and project performance. You will act as a senior advisor on complex initiatives and support governance, compliance and contract monitoring across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial reporting, analysis and forecasting, delivering accurate and timely information.
• Drive Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance index reporting, aligning cost and schedule data.
• Analyse cost, revenue, margin and cash performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor contract compliance, change management and risk assessment, ensuring proper monetisation and impact assessment.
• Support audits, reconciliations and compliance reviews, maintaining data integrity across commercial systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial analysis, project controls or cost management within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial forecasting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex commercial data to senior leadership.
