Senior Executive (Communications & Branding)

About the role

The Senior Executive (Communications & Branding) supports the Head, Communications & Branding in delivering the school's ongoing content, digital and multimedia communications. The role strengthens the school's research visibility, people stories, social media presence and owned digital channels through high-quality editorial and multimedia production.

Key responsibilities

• Research and write stories about the school's research, faculty, students, alumni and institutional developments.
• Manage and execute content for social media channels, including captions, visual assets and short-form content.
• Coordinate recurring video and photography production, including scripts, interview questions, production briefs and vendor coordination.
• Serve as web content administrator, keeping website content accurate, current and brand-consistent.
• Support major school publications and newsletters through content development, verification and multimedia assets.
• Work with faculty, students, administrative units and external vendors to deliver timely communications outputs.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised institution preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in communications, editorial writing, digital content creation or corporate publications.
• Strong writing and editing skills, able to turn technical information into accessible content.
• Familiarity with social media management, website content management and digital publishing.
• Experience in video, photography or multimedia production is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple recurring deadlines.
