Senior Executive, Community Nursing

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive, Community Nursing to provide administrative and operational support to Community Nursing Services. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports service delivery through data work, programme coordination and oversight of finance and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Community Nursing Services for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support service delivery through data collation and analysis, and help monitor key performance indicators.
• Coordinate administration for programmes and initiatives.
• Oversee finance and procurement, including budget tracking, raising purchase requests and orders, coordinating vendors and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, reporting and process enhancements within the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong organisational, analytical and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change.

Required skills

• Experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, dashboards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of database management or analytics tools is an advantage.
