Senior Executive, Consumer Research (FMCG)

About the role

NielsenIQ CMI's Customer Success team delivers insights and reports to clients and aims for very high levels of customer satisfaction. This Senior Executive role works closely with clients' marketing, sales, category and other teams, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that help achieve their strategic and tactical goals. Training is provided so that candidates can build confidence in the data knowledge needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver analytics and insights services and run tactical client training for Guided Analytics and CMI products such as Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience and Shopper Insights
• Deliver research and analytics to clients flawlessly
• Identify opportunities during daily client engagements and hand them off to Account Development
• Understand client business priorities and recommend clear, actionable insights that help clients grow their business

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end quantitative research, preferably in a market research agency or consulting firm
• High client centricity, awareness of the market landscape, CMI products and processes, and good collaboration and listening skills
• Excellent time management and prioritisation, with a track record of delivering projects on time
• Experience in an analytical environment and in building internal and client relationships
