About the role
ITE College Central is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support Continuing Education and Training (CET) operations and provide Personal Assistant support to the Principal. The role combines administrative support with business development and process improvement work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage course logistics and timetabling and coordinate with trainers
- Support performance reporting and ensure smooth programme delivery
- Develop business, source new clients and partners, and manage accounts
- Improve processes and automate them
- Handle calendar management, travel arrangements and event coordination
- Draft reports and correspondence
Required profile
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Prior experience with process improvement and marketing projects is a key advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Digital collaboration and marketing tools
