Senior Executive – Foreign Vehicle Permits (Operations)

About the role

The Senior Executive in the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division provides both administrative and operational support to ensure smooth processing of vehicle permit services. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and external agencies to deliver high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process counter transactions and online applications for foreign vehicle permits.
• Track digital services reports and collate counter statistics.
• Conduct audits of online applications and handle customer feedback via phone and written replies.
• Perform operational checks on contractors and liaise with external agencies.
• Carry out checkpoint audits and provide occasional system‑related support.
• Deploy to various LTA worksites during or after office hours as required.

Required profile

• Any academic discipline; relevant experience in customer service or digital services is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑changing environment.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Willingness to complete a medical declaration and/or further assessments during shortlisting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
