Senior Executive – Group Pharmacy (Contract)

About the role

The Senior Executive, Group Pharmacy will support the Pharmaceutical Care Services (PCS) programme, coordinating implementation and liaising with stakeholders. The role also drives preventive health and health promotion projects within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Support PCS programme management, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and use analytics to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Drive preventive health and health promotion projects in the community.
• Conduct needs analysis and landscape scanning to identify gaps in medication management and health promotion.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals and partners to promote medication literacy and adherence.
• Facilitate projects that improve quality and accessibility of medication-related health information.
• Build and maintain a network with community healthcare services, voluntary welfare organisations, allied health, home nursing and other social services.
• Assist in identifying and developing partnerships with industry partners.
• Perform secretariat duties for PCS‑related committees or workgroups.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
• Experience in project management in a healthcare‑related industry (advantageous).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and excel in time management.
• Good analytical, organisational and management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
