Senior Executive, Outreach & Alumni

About the role

The Senior Executive, Outreach & Alumni supports the Undergraduate Office of the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. The role strengthens relationships with prospective students, alumni and other stakeholders while enhancing the student and alumni experience and the university’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach activities such as Open House events, tea receptions and campus tours to promote CEE programmes to prospective students and parents.
• Coordinate undergraduate admission tasks, including scheduling applicant interviews, facilitating meetings and responding promptly to enquiries.
• Administer academic and industry mentorship schemes, manage student‑mentor allocations and oversee the peer‑tutoring programme.
• Handle student‑related administrative processes such as awards, scholarships, programme transfers, course exemptions and short‑term leave applications.
• Maintain and update the School’s website with current admissions, alumni and student achievement information.
• Plan and deliver alumni engagement events, support alumni awards and provide logistical assistance to the CEE Alumni Association.
• Respond to admissions and alumni enquiries via email, phone or in‑person and keep a FAQ knowledge base up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree (diploma holders may also be considered).
