Senior Executive Quality Assurance

About the role

JR Group Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive Quality Assurance to lead food safety and quality initiatives across its production facilities. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Singapore, reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process production, finished goods and storage conditions.
• Maintain and continuously improve HACCP, GMP and ISO‑based food safety systems.
• Plan, coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and records are audit‑ready.
• Investigate customer and internal quality complaints, lead root‑cause analysis and drive corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Procurement and Logistics to embed quality standards in new product and process validations.
• Develop and deliver training on food safety, hygiene and quality procedures for plant staff.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
• Solid experience in food manufacturing or FMCG quality assurance, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards and relevant food regulations.
• Proven ability to manage documentation, audit preparation and non‑conformance handling.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
