Senior Executive Search Consultant & Team Leader

About the role

HRnetOne is seeking a senior executive search professional to lead high‑impact mandates at senior and C‑suite levels while mentoring a team of consultants. The role combines personal client delivery with strategic practice development across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments from mid‑management to C‑suite positions.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a long‑term talent partner.
• Guide, coach and mentor a team of consultants, building capability and driving performance.
• Contribute to business development, client acquisition and sector growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRnetOne’s regional network to deliver cross‑border mandates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and talent movement within the sector.

Required profile

• Proven track record in executive search or specialist recruitment, handling senior‑level mandates.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a disciplined, process‑oriented approach to searches.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
