Senior Executive, SingHealth Residency (2-Year Contract)

About the role

SingHealth's Graduate Medical Education Office is looking for a Senior Executive on a 2-year contract to support the SingHealth Residency programme. The role helps develop the next generation of medical professionals across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster and ensures the effective implementation of the national training framework. Candidates are assigned to support one of three specialties: Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology or Family Medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with medical residency accreditation standards so the Residency Programme can be successfully accredited.
• Manage day-to-day educational and departmental activities and provide administrative support to the Programme Director.
• Ensure there is a sufficient number of trained faculty and a good learning experience and welfare for residents.
• Work closely with other Programme Coordinators, department administrative staff and secretaries, faculty and staff from the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office, and support the GME Office in major activities and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare or training environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external departments and agencies.
