Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Finance Manager to become the technical anchor of our finance and accounting function across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will drive month‑end, year‑end and consolidation processes while building a modern, automated finance operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group month‑end and year‑end closing, consolidating accounts of Singapore and regional entities under SFRS and IFRS.
• Oversee daily accounting for fintech credit products such as BNPL, micro‑financing and salary advances, including loan provisioning.
• Act as primary liaison for external auditors and tax agents, ensuring timely audits, GST and corporate tax filings.
• Design and implement process automation to replace manual spreadsheet‑based reporting.
• Manage regional treasury functions, monitor cash flow and allocate funds across entities while complying with debt facility covenants.
• Supervise a lean finance team, providing guidance and ensuring high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with an active CA qualification (e.g., CA Singapore).
• Significant experience in finance leadership within a fast‑growing fintech or similar high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑entity consolidations and credit‑related accounting.
