Senior G&A Recruiter – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

Anthropic is expanding its presence in the Asia‑Pacific region and needs a senior recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for Finance, Legal and People functions across APAC. Based in Singapore, you will partner directly with senior leaders to translate ambiguous hiring needs into clear search strategies, run rigorous and humane processes, and close top talent in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Finance, Legal and People roles across APAC, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with senior G&A leaders to scope roles, calibrate hiring standards, and design search strategies for specialized and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of high‑quality, passive candidates across the three domains.
• Run structured, candidate‑centric processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar and values.
• Provide hiring managers with data‑driven market insights and influence decisions through trust and credibility.
• Help establish recruiting operations in the region, including market mapping, compensation context, and process foundations.
• Collaborate with Talent, People Partners and Compensation to craft competitive, equitable offers and guide candidates to closure.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing senior and specialized G&A talent in competitive markets.
• Deep knowledge of the APAC talent landscape, preferably with experience hiring in or from Singapore.
• Exceptional stakeholder management – ability to build trust with senior leaders before challenging them.
• Strong independent judgment on candidate quality and calibration with minimal oversight.
• Clear, direct communication style, strong organization, and a bias toward action.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping recruiting processes.
