Senior Global Marketing Manager (Content & SEO)

About the role

Connexus Global is expanding its in‑house marketing team and is looking for a Senior Global Marketing Manager to own the operational delivery of content and SEO across multiple B2B channels. The role sits at the centre of the marketing function, turning strategy into on‑time, on‑brand assets that support thought‑leadership, lead generation and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SEO‑optimised content briefs based on keyword research and ensure alignment with target personas.
• Coordinate the production of articles, lead magnets, landing pages, newsletters and other assets with external copywriters, designers, SEO consultants and web developers.
• Maintain the editorial calendar, monitor timelines, quality and output across all channels.
• Work with the website manager to publish and update SEO pages, keeping content consistent with brand guidelines.
• Partner with CRM/Email specialists to supply content for newsletters, nurture campaigns, retargeting flows and ABM outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing content production with multiple contributors in a fast‑moving B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword‑based briefing.
• Highly organised, deadline‑driven and detail‑obsessed.
• Interest in commodity trading, digital transformation, supply chain, manufacturing or sustainability topics.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities without loss of quality.
