Senior Global Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Global Supply Planner to lead end‑to‑end supply network activities from our Singapore office. You will work cross‑functionally with demand planning, purchasing, finance and other teams to ensure product availability and meet service level targets.

Key responsibilities

• Detect supply risks by comparing regional demand against the global supply plan.
• Develop inventory strategies to optimise service levels and working capital.
• Identify and remediate slow‑moving stock, preventing its recurrence.
• Align regional inventory policies with global guidelines and validate exceptional requests.
• Provide inventory projections for budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Collaborate on product lifecycle management, supporting new product introductions and phase‑outs.
• Support strategic supply smoothing and promotional planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior supply planning or supply chain roles.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with demand, finance, procurement and sourcing teams.
• Analytical mindset to assess risk, inventory levels and performance metrics.
• Experience managing global supply and logistics plans to meet availability targets.
