Senior Hardware Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the design and development of semi‑custom ASICs, FPGAs and board‑level systems for our customers. In this role you will act as the technical liaison, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, code, synthesize, simulate, test and debug electronic systems.
• Provide accurate time and effort estimates for project tasks.
• Understand customer goals to recommend optimal tools, devices and methods.
• Evaluate, specify, install and maintain design and verification tools.
• Develop and document proposals, designs, methodologies and user procedures.
• Write application notes and serve as the company’s technical representative to clients and suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of hardware design principles, theories and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems through thorough analysis.
• Strong independent judgment and discretion in decision‑making.
• Experience representing an organization and coordinating with senior professionals and multiple departments.
• Ability to impact organizational goals positively.
