Senior HR Manager, People Operations & Compliance

About the role

As a Senior HR Manager, People Operations & Compliance you will act as a strategic partner within the People Operations team, driving operational excellence, governance and transformation across the region. You will lead the integration, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes to build a scalable, compliant and employee‑centric operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive data governance and HR data quality across multiple systems.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with local employment legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage high‑volume HR transactions with strong operational controls, audit readiness and risk mitigation.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, CoEs, Payroll, HRIS and other stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services.
• Design, standardise and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs and documentation.
• Lead regional HR transformation initiatives, including process harmonisation, operating model integration, digitalisation and change management.
• Oversee expatriate and international assignment administration, coordinating relocation logistics and ensuring compliance with immigration and tax policies.
• Supervise payroll operations, validate payroll outputs, manage reporting and ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing.
• Lead annual compensation activities such as salary reviews and bonus payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR operations, transformation and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale process improvement and digitalisation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, finance, legal and external vendors.
• Experience managing expatriate mobility and payroll functions.
