Senior Integrated Marketing Expert

About the role

Fuku represents a leading financial exchange with 16 years of history, focused on global markets outside Mainland China and the US. As Senior Integrated Marketing Expert, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for global markets, lead a cross-functional marketing team and use data-driven methods to grow brand influence, users and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the full-year marketing calendar and product promotion strategy, and take part in the department's annual marketing strategy
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
• Oversee global campaigns, including exchange anniversaries and key industry conferences
• Create integrated marketing plans combining paid traffic, influencer/KOL resources and organic content
• Build a marketing effectiveness evaluation system and use data analysis to optimise strategy and ROI

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, media, economics/finance or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing or digital marketing, including large, complex, high-budget projects
• Fluency in Chinese and English for business communication, copywriting and stakeholder coordination
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more, with proven leadership and resource mobilisation
• Preferred: integrated marketing at a major internet company or international brand, or fintech, digital assets or cross-border internet experience

Required skills

• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination
• Preferred: AI marketing tools (e.g. generative AI content creation), blockchain and digital asset knowledge, cross-border marketing cases, media or KOL resources
