About the role

We are looking for a driven Senior Internal Recruiter to join a fast‑growing technology consulting firm. You will act as a true talent partner, combining structured execution with creativity to secure top‑tier talent that fuels our continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for consulting, technical, and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and engage passive candidates.
• Drive a consistent, efficient hiring process and ensure high‑quality candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Provide advisory support on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies.
• Prioritise quality of hire while maintaining delivery discipline and ownership of outcomes.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of internal or agency recruitment experience in technology or consulting environments.
• Proven success hiring for technical and consulting roles.
• Strong sourcing capability with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work with urgency, discipline, and a delivery‑focused mindset.
