Senior IT Support Specialist – Endpoint & Identity Management

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to act as a technical anchor for our support team. You will own complex incident resolution, endpoint lifecycle management, and identity access initiatives across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical incidents beyond L1/L2 support.
• Own architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of Windows and macOS endpoint fleets.
• Design and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, patch management, and compliance (Intune, SCCM, Jamf).
• Lead identity and access management projects in Azure AD, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, including Conditional Access, MFA rollout, and SSO integrations.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Mentor L1/L2 technicians, develop knowledge‑base content, and raise team capability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and vendor teams on strategic IT projects.
• Define and enforce IT standards, documentation, and change‑management practices aligned with ITIL/ISO frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or L3 role.
• Proven track record leading technical projects and driving process improvements.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (Microsoft MD‑102, MS‑102; CompTIA A+, Network+; ITIL 4).
