Senior Lead Executive, Student Development & Alumni Relations

About the role

The Senior/Lead Executive will support the Student Life and Alumni Relations (SLAR) function by coordinating programs, events and engagement activities that develop student life skills and strengthen alumni connections. The role demands strong organisational abilities, adaptability and a data‑driven mindset to deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute workshops, events and other engagement activities that promote life‑skill development and alumni involvement.
• Collaborate with mentors, alumni, industry partners and internal teams to design and deliver meaningful programmes.
• Manage procurement administration for student‑life and alumni initiatives, ensuring compliance with organisational processes.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track outcomes and support data‑based decision‑making.
• Collect feedback, analyse data and continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Oversee logistics, communications and stakeholder coordination for all events and activities.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Event Management, Education, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience in event coordination, procurement administration and programme management is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, creative approach to developing student and alumni engagement strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑visualisation and dashboard tools, specifically Power BI.
