Senior Legal & Compliance Executive (Assistant Manager)

About the role
The Legal & Compliance Department of Singapore Airlines is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support M&A transactions and commercial projects that drive revenue and growth. You will work closely with business units to ensure legal soundness of commercial initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents in line with internal guidelines.
- Advise business units on a wide range of commercial law issues.
- Support M&A transactions and high‑value cross‑border deals.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and competition law matters where applicable.
Required profile
- Law degree.
- At least one year of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house at an MNC.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Transactional experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, or other high‑value cross‑border work.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude to learning and enthusiasm to excel.
- Admission to the Singapore Bar is not required.
