Senior Logistics Engineer, Operations

About the role

The Senior Logistics Engineer, Operations drives technical readiness, process stability and continuous improvement through engineering support. The role focuses on equipment implementation, process optimisation, troubleshooting and supporting new initiatives to boost operational performance. This position is based at Megahub, 51 Alps Avenue, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration and SOP/WI implementation.
• Manage equipment lifecycle, including maintenance activities and technical upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support new‑product introduction (NPI), new line introductions and process change activities.
• Provide machine and equipment‑related training to operations teams.
• Act as the escalation point for technical and equipment‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and technical implementations.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of engineering experience with strong hands‑on technical capability.
• Proven experience in process and equipment implementation.
• Experience in equipment setup, troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage technical issues.
• Good understanding of SOP/WI implementation and operational processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
