Senior Logistics Relationship Manager, Singapore & Malaysia

About the role

Resmed is looking for a Senior Logistics Relationship Manager based in Singapore to own the performance and strategic development of third-party logistics providers across its Singapore and Malaysia supply chain network. The role ensures safe, compliant, reliable and cost-effective logistics for manufacturing operations, global distribution centres and customers across APAC, covering warehousing, transportation, cross-border logistics, port haulage, cross-docking and in-factory labour services. About 20-30% of time is spent travelling, mainly to Johor, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with logistics providers supporting the Singapore and Malaysia supply chain.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual strategic reviews and executive supplier governance forums.
• Manage supplier performance across safety, quality, service, inventory integrity, capacity, cost and continuous improvement.
• Ensure material availability for manufacturing and reliable replenishment to global distribution centres and APAC customers.
• Act as the senior escalation point for service failures, inventory issues, transportation disruptions, capacity constraints and business continuity risks.
• Own supplier KPIs, scorecards, warehouse and domestic transportation budgets and logistics invoice approvals.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, supplier strategy and performance recovery.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on quality, regulatory, safety and inventory requirements.
• Lead corrective action plans, contingency planning, risk mitigation and supplier performance improvement programmes.
• Develop business cases for supplier transitions, network changes, warehouse expansions, automation and capability improvements.

Required profile

• At least 10 years in logistics, supply chain, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation or related operations.
• Proven record of managing strategic 3PL relationships and outsourced logistics operations.
• Demonstrated success leading supplier governance, executive business reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
• Fluent business English.
• Nice to have: degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline; background in regulated supply chains, supplier transitions, network optimisation or automation; familiarity with ERP, WMS, transportation management or business intelligence platforms; Mandarin capability.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, factory replenishment and supply chain operations.
• Commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership and supplier cost management.
• Ability to influence suppliers and senior stakeholders without direct authority, with analytical, data-led judgement.
