Supply Planner

About the role

ResMed is hiring a Supply Planner based in Singapore, reporting into the Global Supply organisation. The role turns demand plans into reliable supply schedules so that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantity, working across purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and demand planning.

Key responsibilities

• Translate demand plans into executable supply schedules for the product portfolio and adjust them as demand and operations change, communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Monitor supply constraints, run root cause analysis and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Partner with suppliers, production and logistics teams to keep materials and products flowing on time.
• Maintain accurate planning master data, including lead times, safety stock and lot sizes.
• Use SAP, o9 and other planning systems to manage supply plans, work orders and purchase orders.
• Identify and escalate supply risks early, propose solutions balancing service and cost, and support product launches, engineering changes and obsolescence planning.
• Track supply execution performance and contribute to process improvements, scenario planning and the adoption of new planning tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, logistics or materials management.
• Analytical approach, clear communication, attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems such as SAP, o9 or Oracle.
• Strong Excel capability.
• Nice to have: exposure to scenario planning, planning process improvement experience and an understanding of how supply planning links to customer service, cost and margin.
