Senior Manager, Company Secretary

About the role

Teleport, Southeast Asia's leading integrated logistics provider, is seeking a seasoned Company Secretary to act as a strategic governance partner for the Board, General Counsel, and senior leadership. This senior position will play a pivotal role in preparing the company for its next growth phase, including IPO readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Board and Committee operations, including agendas, papers, resolutions, minutes, and action tracking.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board, Committees, and management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on governance, corporate secretarial, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee statutory filings, corporate records, and governance documentation for the Group.
• Coordinate external corporate secretarial providers and legal counsel.
• Support IPO readiness initiatives, ensuring governance structures and documentation are in place.
• Engage professionally with Board members, regulators, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement in governance processes across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of company secretarial or governance experience, preferably in listed companies, multinational corporations, or high‑growth organisations.
• Qualified Company Secretary under the Chartered Governance Institute of Singapore (CGIS) with ACG or FCG designation.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high‑stakes, high‑performance environments with strong judgment and executive presence.
• Experience supporting Board functions and senior leadership in fast‑moving, high‑growth settings.
