Senior Manager, Corporate Communications SEA

About the role

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications SEA will define and drive the communications strategy for the Southeast Asia business. Reporting to the SVP GM, this role acts as a trusted strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, shaping reputation and storytelling across internal and external platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy supporting business objectives, major sports events, sponsorship activations, product launches, quarterly results, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to the SVP GM and SLT on positioning, reputational matters, and complex or sensitive issues.
• Develop compelling business narratives that reflect strategy, values, and performance, and elevate leadership visibility.
• Lead external corporate communications, media relations, thought‑leadership initiatives, and reputation‑building activities.
• Manage crisis communications preparedness and response, establishing frameworks for reputational risk.
• Partner cross‑functionally with EM, Brands, HR, and other stakeholders to align messaging and drive communication priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior corporate communications or public relations roles, preferably within a regional or multi‑market environment.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives on strategic communication and reputational issues.
• Strong storytelling capability with a track record of creating integrated narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions.
• Experience leading crisis communication planning and execution.
