Senior Manager, Curriculum Development & Training (WSD)

About the role

A Senior Manager is sought to drive curriculum development and build thriving professional communities through the CareersIgnite digital platform. The role combines curriculum expertise with community engagement to empower career professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Curriculum development: design and review training curricula aligned with organisational objectives and industry trends, integrating AI and other technologies into engaging e-learning environments.
• Create micro-learning and digital content, and design metrics and assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure curricula meet regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Build professional communities on the CareersIgnite platform, curate digital content and maintain updated digital repositories.
• Manage multiple end-to-end projects within scope, time and budget, coordinating resources and stakeholders.
• Facilitate online, hybrid and in-person learning, applying adult learning principles and evaluating effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.

Required profile

• Proven success in designing and implementing learning programmes with measurable learner outcomes.
• Track record of building and managing online communities or digital engagement initiatives.
• Formal adult learning qualifications such as DACE/DDDLP, ACTA/ACLP, or equivalent demonstrated competency.
• Ability to design curricula that integrate modern learning technologies.
• Preferred: background in career development facilitation, psychology, counselling or coaching, and knowledge of AI applications in learning and development.
