Senior Manager, F10 Construction

About the role

Micron is hiring a Senior Manager, F10 Construction to lead the construction of its manufacturing and cleanroom projects in Singapore. The role works with a team of specialized third-party builders and engineers in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with the factory, operations and supply chain teams to deliver technically challenging projects under demanding schedule and cost constraints. It reports to the Design Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all construction for Micron's Singapore major manufacturing and cleanroom projects and provide project leadership for construction execution.
• Assemble a team of engineering specialists and work with the design team through field walks to refine scope.
• Serve as the Owner's representative during detailed design and construction, providing input on buildability and construction sequence and resolving construction and design conflicts.
• Manage overall project scope, schedule and cost, and interface with contract design, construction, scheduling and estimating resources.
• Work with estimators to capture costs and meet project budgets, and implement a change control process.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness, and share AI-enabled improvements with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor facilities, including at least 5 years leading construction projects and managing engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing, cleanroom or semiconductor construction projects.
• Experience in facilities operations and maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to lead, develop and influence multidisciplinary teams and work across functions and global teams.
