Senior Manager, Global Facilities South Asia - Chem/Gas

About the role

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Facilities South Asia for its Global Facilities department. You will lead a multi-discipline engineering team and provide engineering system ownership and technical support for Micron Semiconductor Manufacturing Sites in South Asia, covering engineering, design, construction, start-up, operations and maintenance with a focus on global standardization, reliability, performance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-discipline engineering team, including recruitment, training, staffing and retention, and coach and mentor team members.
• Set facility engineering goals based on Global Network priorities and track key performance indicators.
• Lead large-scale greenfield semiconductor fabrication site (FAB) design and construction projects in South Asia, delivering them on time, within budget and to high quality.
• Manage project scope, schedule and cost, and coordinate consultants, design reviews and construction support.
• Advise senior management on strategic decisions and support the Director in building a coordinated strategic plan.
• Provide technical support to Global, Regional and Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams, benchmark best practices and support global initiatives and sustainability programs.
