Senior Manager, HPC AI Sales

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Manager for HPC AI Sales in Singapore. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. You will lead a group of sales professionals and manage the direction and deliverables of the assigned sales team, driving revenue and expense objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for business growth, market share and revenue increases, and set quotas and goals for the organization
• Coordinate all sales activities in the area of control and develop tactics to generate new sales
• Ensure optimal sales coverage through direct and partner sales resources and different routes to market
• Develop sales resources and management talent, and implement master pipeline management
• Build consultative, long-term relationships with customer accounts and use the Account Business Planning process
• Coach and support sales teams and leadership on key and difficult account opportunities
• Develop solution-selling capability and ensure end-to-end selling support (solution partners, SA, ISR, resellers)
• Represent the company on global accounts and engage Global Business Unit teams, channel partners and alliance partners
• Create and manage the resource plan, including staffing the country sales team, and balance short-term and long-term planning
• Provide external leadership to the industry, community and press, and create a performance-driven sales culture

Required profile

• University or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or master's preferred
• 5-10 years of sales and progressive management experience, and 10-15 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market
