Senior Manager, HR SEA & SG

About the role

The Senior Manager, HR SEA & SG serves as a strategic HR Business Partner for the South East Asia (SEA) Cluster and Singapore, driving people strategies that enable business growth and long‑term workforce sustainability. This role shapes high‑performing teams, builds leadership capability, and fosters an inclusive culture across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people plans covering workforce planning, organisational design and capability building.
• Lead workforce planning cycles, including budgeting, 3‑5 year headcount strategies and FTE management in collaboration with Finance.
• Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives such as change management, team design and leadership alignment.
• Champion employee engagement, DEI and employee experience programmes, overseeing surveys, action planning and follow‑through.
• Act as the HR lead for Singapore, managing local engagement, communication and HR initiatives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, mobility, performance, rewards, development and exits – ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulations.
• Provide HR analytics, reporting and workforce insights to inform People Business Reviews and monitor key metrics.
• Manage People budgets, headcount planning, cost tracking and forecasting to align workforce plans with financial targets.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with experience as a strategic HR Business Partner for multi‑country clusters.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
• Experience leading employee engagement, DEI and talent lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work across SEA markets and Singapore, navigating diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
