Senior Manager – Human Performance & Wellbeing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Performance Specialist to join our Safety Division. The role focuses on optimising performance and well‑being of Air Traffic Controllers, Support Officers and Engineers while advancing human‑factors and safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group coaching, and design performance‑enhancement programmes.
• Develop and run mental‑well‑being initiatives, including peer‑support and fatigue‑management training.
• Lead human‑factors investigations, analyse findings and create preventive strategies.
• Conduct workload and fatigue studies, and deliver human‑factors training.
• Establish and maintain a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) programme, providing post‑incident psychological support.
• Design safety‑culture surveys, analyse operational data, and produce performance metrics.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations and support policy development.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Factors or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation psychology or human factors.
• Strong background in performance coaching, safety investigations and programme development.
• CISM certification or equivalent crisis‑intervention training.
