Senior Manager, Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Marketing to lead integrated campaigns, partnerships, digital content, and community engagement across multiple malls. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Retail, you will shape strategic initiatives that drive footfall, sales, membership growth, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and large‑scale events across mall locations.
• Collaborate with mall marketing teams, agencies, vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage campaign operations, including mechanics setup, registration systems, FAQs, terms and conditions, and payment reconciliation where required.
• Support proposal development, budgeting, presentation materials, audit documentation and post‑campaign reporting.
• Conduct post‑campaign evaluations, performance analysis and continuous improvement of processes.
• Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media, websites, apps, CRM platforms and eDMs.
• Oversee multimedia content production, manage content calendars and ensure timely deployment of communications.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in integrated marketing, preferably within retail or mall environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams, agencies and external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
