Senior Manager – Operations & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a business unit responsible for operations, administration, and contract management. The role ensures project quality, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships while collaborating with business development and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational and administrative functions to maintain efficient workflows.
• Monitor contract profit and loss, implement cost‑control measures, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs while preserving strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with Business Development teams to secure new projects and contracts, driving business growth.
• Partner with collaborators and contractors to achieve KPIs and project goals.
• Control wastage of major and critical materials used in projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and government regulations through audits and oversight.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from a recognised professional board.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the workshop or service industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects independently.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder liaison and team leadership.
