Senior Manager, Procurement and Vendor Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Procurement and Vendor Management will lead the strategic sourcing and vendor relationship functions, ensuring cost‑effective procurement while maintaining high service standards. This role combines oversight of vendor performance with end‑to‑end procurement processes to support the company's operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assign projects to suitable vendors, monitor performance against KPIs, and conduct periodic evaluations and tiering.
• Manage purchase orders, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Track vendor milestones, lead performance review meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate event calendars, resource planning, and logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and contract compliance; analyze data for efficiency gains.
• Conduct market research, develop negotiation strategies, and source new vendors to maintain a competitive supply base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in vendor management or procurement, preferably in interior fit‑out, construction, hospitality, MICE, events or exhibitions.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and strategic decision‑making abilities.
• Proven experience developing vendor scorecards, SLAs and KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
