Senior Manager – Project Coordination (3‑Year Contract)

About the role

This position leads the coordination of projects and stakeholders across multiple functions, ensuring that information flows smoothly and decisions are well‑supported. The role serves as a central point for consolidating updates, preparing governance materials, and maintaining high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across project teams and internal stakeholders to consolidate project updates, recommendations and supporting information.
• Act as a focal point to align inputs from multiple functions, ensuring consistency and clarity in project reporting.
• Facilitate information flow between teams to support decision‑making and execution.
• Support preparation and coordination of materials for management, committee and board forums, including presentation decks, briefing papers and reports.
• Track decisions, comments and directives, and coordinate follow‑up actions with relevant owners.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, pre‑reads and post‑meeting documentation; maintain oversight of action items and ensure timely closure.
• Manage compilation, version control and circulation of project‑related decks and documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Support continuous improvement in the structure and quality of project documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with relevant experience in project administration, coordination or management support.
• Experience working in a multi‑stakeholder or matrix environment.
• Exposure to management or governance reporting is preferred.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and information accuracy.
• Strong organisational and follow‑through capability.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
