Senior Manager, SA&I (Customer Success)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, SA&I to lead our Customer Success team within NIQ’s CMI division. You will act as a trusted partner for our clients, translating their strategic goals into actionable insights and guiding a team of research analysts to deliver high‑quality analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of analysts to produce consistent, actionable insight for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, and category teams.
• Manage internal projects and stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met with NIQ‑GFK CMI solutions.
• Deliver analytics and insight services, including guided analytics training on products such as Brand Health, segmentation, usage & attitudes, customer experience, shopper and qualitative research.
• Identify growth opportunities during client engagements and hand them off to account development.
• Share best practices and industry knowledge across NIQ‑GFK internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to maintain high client centricity and satisfaction.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Awareness of the market landscape and NIQ CMI product portfolio.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing analyst teams.
