Senior Manager – School Engagement Hub (2‑year contract)

About the role

You will join the Health Promotion Board’s Youth Preventive Service Group to lead the School Engagement Hub, a central unit that plans, implements and evaluates health promotion initiatives for children and youth across Singapore’s education system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with inter‑divisional stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage comprehensive project‑management frameworks, track deliverables and support reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive implementation and monitoring of national preventive health initiatives for children and youth.
• Conduct needs and gap analyses, including for the Grow Well SG programme, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and improve processes, tools, templates and resources to ensure efficient programme delivery.
• Support strategy implementation across functional workstreams, documenting service blueprints and journey maps.
• Monitor emerging trends and research in child and youth health to inform programme scaling and sustainability.
