Senior Manager, Service Delivery (Transport & Distribution)

About the role

A world-class organisation in the transport and distribution industry, providing logistics services, is recruiting a permanent Senior Manager, Service Delivery in Singapore. The role leads technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency, with work from home or hybrid arrangements. The salary is SG$162,000 to SG$198,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Owners and Sub-Leads, own the SD product portfolio and roadmap, and set standards for demand intake, backlog, prioritization, UAT and business sign-off
• Manage demand and capacity, balancing support, enhancements and regulatory requirements
• Oversee end-to-end application support (incident, problem, request, access), drive system stability and lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Manage vendor and SI performance against SLAs and support agreements
• Lead Scrum of Scrums, standardise Agile practices and sprint cadences, integrate project demands into BAU plans and track Agile metrics
• Own SLA performance, govern ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Serve as senior IT partner to business leaders, lead service reviews and support project-to-BAU transitions
• Deliver service dashboards and drive automation, AI adoption and productivity improvements with tools such as Copilot, Azure DevOps, GitHub and ITSM platforms
• Build and develop a high-performing Service Delivery and Product Management team, strengthening Product Management, Agile and ITIL capabilities

Required profile

• At least 12 years of experience in IT application support, service delivery or product management in large-scale enterprise environments
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple teams, Product Owners or Service Delivery Leads, including geographically distributed, offshore and vendor-managed teams
• Demonstrated success scaling Agile delivery across teams via Scrum of Scrums, SAFe or similar
• Strong experience with enterprise applications; domain expertise in logistics, supply chain, ERP or shipping is preferred
